So. Further to yesterday's big site update, I've spent most of today putting things right (!) and tweaking things to make it look a bit better. Including the pictures on the blog posts which tend to drift away from time to time. They tend to have a mind of their own (I did add a picture of Valerie Leon to the latest blog post though).

Got rid of the photo slideshow thingy that used to be at the bottom of the page, as I discovered that on the initial page open, it wanted to preload the photos into it. If you have a couple of photos that's fine, but not when you have 110!! So removed the module and repositioned the "Next Doctor Who In The UK) module to the left. Pages load much quicker now ;)

Replaced the Keff McColloch version of the Doctor Who theme tune on the BBC Radiophonic Workshop Doctor Who Page. Also been changing the "Days left until the next Doctor Who in the UK" bit accordingly! Adding episode photos to the photo slideshow bit at the side as well.

Added a little counter at the bottom of the pages to count down until the next UK episode of Doctor Who. Alongside it is a small slideshow of the previous episode. This will appear on every page, because I am a Doctor Who fan. Get over it. Added the new DW theme tune to the Doctor Who Audio Page, just for completeness and because I have an iPhone, I made a ringtone for it too and made it available. I expect I'll get in trouble one day.

Added biographies of most of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop staff to the BRW (BBC Radiophonic Workshop) Members Page. Also added the 1 hour radio programme "Sculptress of Sound" to the BRW Doctor Who Page for steaming online or download. Changed the links styles in the side menus to match the main page link styles and corrected a broken link on the front page. Added a few more audio samples of Radiophonic work to the BBCRW Doctor Who page.

Upgraded the Akeeba backup module and re-excluded some folders from backup. Added a login module to the Author's Blog bit (as I forgot to do it with the site upgrade!). A bit of shenanigans - had an email from my ISP telling me that a module was causing a server run-away, so they'd cut the server off! Quite rightly, as it was drawing far more resources than it ought to. Sadly, it was down to the eWeather Module - a lovely looking (and reasonably accurate) program - but had to be oiked out. Hence the disappearance from the site now - never to return, I might add.

Tidying some bits up on the site now - mainly to make it fit with the new style etc. Made the error page work properly, for instance and adding missing links.
